eFootball Mobile Won’t Let Me Access My Linked Konami Account

I am an eFootball Mobile player on Android, and for the past 2–3 days I have been unable to access my main account. When I open the game now, it starts from the beginning and loads a completely different guest account instead of my original one.

My previous account’s Game ID is ASAA-039-624-086. I had already linked this account to an eFootball/KONAMI ID using my Gmail address. However, when I now try to log in with that same Gmail, the system tells me the email is incorrect and does not allow access to my original account.

As a result, all my progress and time invested in that account are currently inaccessible. I request that my original eFootball Mobile account with Game ID ASAA-039-624-086 be fully restored and that I be able to log back into it instead of being redirected to a new guest account.
