I have a problem with my Konami eFootball account on Android. The account is currently linked to an old email address, and I have forgotten this email, so I cannot manage or change the link. For about a month, I have been trying to change the registered email address of my account and also change the Google account that is linked to it, but I am unable to do so. I confirm that I have my current email, the password that I want to use for this account, and the Google account that I want to link to it, and I want to update the account information to this new email and new Google link. However, there is no clear way in the game or through the account settings to change the linked email and Google account, while I do not remember the old one.
