I have been unable to access my E-Football 2026 Mobile account for the past few days because I forgot the Konami-registered email address linked to it. My account username is Nebula46.

I submitted a support request via email, but so far I have not received any response from Konami. While I haven’t lost any in-game progress, I currently cannot log into my account. I also do not have an invoice or additional registration documents to provide. However, I can confirm that the old email address connected to my account was g**********@gmail.com**.
