eFootball Account Stolen and Email Changed – Request Recovery

I am a player of eFootball 2027 and my Konami account has been stolen. On 24/08/2026 I noticed that my email address linked to the account had been changed without my permission and that there was a login from a device identified as an Infinix 50, which does not belong to me. Since this unauthorized access, I can no longer log into my account and I have lost access to all my game progress and content. I did not share my account information with anyone and I did not authorize any login from this device. I am very concerned that my personal data and game data are being misused. I request that my stolen eFootball 2027 account be urgently recovered, that the unauthorized device and person be blocked, and that my account be secured again in my name. I kindly ask you to investigate this situation as soon as possible and to inform me about the outcome.
