eFootball Account Lost After Failed Konami ID Linking

I have been experiencing a serious problem with my Konami eFootball account on Android for about four months. I lost access to my main account and can no longer reach my previous data and progress. Before the problem occurred, I was in the process of linking my game to a Konami ID. The linking was not fully completed yet. At that point, I took the phone and tapped on the file transfer option. When I opened the game after that, it only opened with an already linked account and my original account disappeared and became unreachable. After some time, I cleared the game data and downloaded it again, and now it only starts as a new beginner account, while my old account with all my progress cannot be found anymore. I would like Konami to help me recover and restore my lost eFootball account and all its data and progress. I am requesting that my original account be found and reconnected to me, instead of being forced to continue with a new beginner account.
