I wanted to create a subscription with the Kompanion app, but I accidentally mistyped 1–2 letters in my email address during registration. As a result, I can’t log into my account or access the service at all. Despite this, Kompanion continues to charge my credit card for the subscription.
This is completely unacceptable. I subscribed only for one month, and now I’m being charged for something I can’t even use. There is no way to fix the email error within the app, and I’ve found no effective customer support to help me recover my access or cancel future charges.
I urgently request Kompanion to cancel my subscription, stop charging my card, and issue a full refund for the charges made without proper access. I should not have to pay for a service I cannot use due to an input error and a lack of account recovery options.
