Koçtaş Online Order Out of Stock Despite Website Availability

I placed an order for a fan from the Koçtaş website, which showed the item as in stock at the Taşdelen Fix store. The next day, I called the Taşdelen Fix store and was told they only had a display model, even though the website indicated the item was available. They asked if I wanted the display model, and I agreed. I informed them I would come to pick it up that day, and they confirmed. I drove from Ataşehir to Çekmeköy Taşdelen, which took about 40 minutes. Upon arrival, I mentioned I was there to pick up order number 1052572290, only to be told the item had been sold! They instructed me to come to the store and then sold the product without notifying me. After some questioning, I left, and 15 minutes later, I received an SMS stating my order was canceled. Had I not gone to the store, I wouldn't have even received this notification. Your time might not be valuable, but you wasted my entire day, and now I'm left without the product I was expecting!
