Koçtaş Delays Grundig 12K BTU AC Order

On May 20, 2024, I bought a Grundig 12K BTU air conditioner from Koçtaş Emaar. The order number is 110965785. I was told that I would receive my delivery in 3 days, but it has now been 15 days and I still haven't received my AC. A couple of days ago, I visited the store to ask for a refund. According to Mr. G*****, the assistant store manager, he reached out to Grundig via email and guaranteed that the AC would be delivered by June 10, 2024. Based on the information I had, I made the decision to wait. However, it turns out that I was wrong because the product still hasn't been delivered...
