Arcelik Altus ALK 1270 Air Conditioner Won't Arrive
I purchased an Altus ALK 1270 air conditioner from the Arçelik employee portal on June 18, 2024. Despite being told on July 10, 2024 that the product was shipped, I have not received it. My repeated attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered. Arçelik's failure to deliver the product and provide adequate customer service is unacceptable. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue, either by delivering the air conditioner or providing a full refund.
