Grundig GDH 92 PCW Dryer on Amazon Turned Into a Fiasco
last Thursday, on December 14th, I snagged a Grundig GDH 92 PCW dryer from Amazon. The order number is 405-8278278-7666720, and the estimated delivery was showing up as December 21, 2023. All good so far, right? wrong. On December 19, 2023, I get an email, and guess what? The seller cancels the order out of the blue, without even a hint of an explanation, a mere 5 days before the supposed delivery. Talk about a lack of care and utter disregard! At this point, I'm not just rethinking Grundig; I'm questioning why I bothered to go through the whole ordering process. Absolute regret. This is beyond a letdown—it's like they've never heard of customer focus. Grundig, Amazon, whoever's responsible, take note: this whole ordeal is a masterclass in how not to treat customers.
