My Horrifying Experience on a KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Flight to Boston

I want to share my experience on my KLM flight from Amsterdam to Boston on June 18th. The flight started with a 1-hour delay, and after we boarded the plane, we faced another setback - we waited inside the plane for a grueling 6 hours before take-off. Unfortunately, after this long wait, they informed us that the plane's engine couldn't be repaired, and the flight had to be canceled. To make matters worse, we were left stranded at Amsterdam airport for a whole day, without any accommodation or expenses covered by the airline. It was a frustrating and exhausting experience, and I believe the cost of the stay that was not provided to us should be reimbursed.
