Klarna Refused to Refund €135 of My €207 Return Despite Proof of Shipment
They only accepted €80 of my €207 return, even though I provided a return receipt. They refused to refund €135, claiming the item couldn’t be found in their warehouse. They expect me to pay €135 for nothing, even though I returned everything. For two months, I’ve been calling customer service regularly, but I keep getting the same response: they will check the warehouse, but no one ever finds the items. It was 8 pieces — how can they not find them? I don't know if someone stole them or what happened, but I paid €135 for nothing, and it’s not my fault.

They replied to my comment saying the issue was resolved, but the payment is still visible on Klarna. They even stated that the issue was solved on August 21, 2024. However, I have not received any refund since then. In the email sent to me on that date, they mentioned that the product wasn’t found in the warehouse. They are not only frauds but also liars.
