To check the status of your return reported to Klarna, proceed as follows:
Log in to your Klarna account: Use either the Klarna app or a browser to log into your account.
Select your order: Go to “Payments” and find the order whose return you want to track.
View updates: The order information box will display all relevant updates on the status of your return.
You should also check your e-mail inbox regularly, as Klarna may request further information from you or inform you of the current status of the return.
