Klarna Blocked My Payment Options After Years of Use, Requesting Account Deletion
I've been a loyal Klarna customer for years, always using their service to order products and pay after receiving them. It worked perfectly until recently when I tried to select the "Installment Purchase" option, and everything went wrong. Suddenly, I couldn’t complete the online contract for the installment plan, and Klarna’s support told me to just wait. Even after repeatedly asking them to cancel the process, they claimed it wasn't possible. Frustrated, I ended up paying the full amount at once. Now, I’m unable to place any new orders because Klarna has rejected my payment method, stating that after receiving goods, payment is no longer an option—only instant transfer works! I feel mistreated, and after all these years of being a good customer, this is unacceptable. I’ve asked Klarna to delete my account immediately, but I haven’t received any response. This is outrageous!
