Klarna and Aliexpress Denied My Claim for a Returned Product, Despite Proof
I ordered a product worth €55.66 from Aliexpress, but when I returned it, they claimed it was damaged, which is absolute...ly untrue. I have photos to prove the item was in perfect condition when I sent it back. Despite my evidence, Aliexpress sided with the seller and denied my buyer protection claim.
