Klarna and Aliexpress Denied My Claim for a Returned Product, Despite Proof
I ordered a product worth €55.66 from Aliexpress, but when I returned it, they claimed it was damaged, which is absolutely untrue. I have photos to prove the item was in perfect condition when I sent it back. Despite my evidence, Aliexpress sided with the seller and denied my buyer protection claim. Klarna, the payment provider, also rejected my photos as proof and refused to investigate further, telling me the circumstances had already been explained sufficiently. To make matters worse, Aliexpress initially said the product wasn’t returned at all, even though my UPS tracking showed the 300-gram package was delivered on October 11, 2021. Weeks later, they changed their story, saying I had sent it back damaged. This is incredibly frustrating, and I demand a resolution!
