I Face IPTV Service Failure and No Resolution After Purchase

About one month ago, I purchased a yearly IPTV package from a seller named S** G******. Not long after the purchase, almost all of the channels disappeared. At this point, only a handful of channels still work, while the majority remain completely inaccessible.

I repeatedly reported this issue to the seller via WhatsApp, and although they occasionally responded and promised to fix it, no actual solution was provided. The service remains unreliable and incomplete.

I paid €70 via PayPal, and since then I have not received any refund, extra service time, or alternative compensation for the missing channels. This is deeply frustrating, as the service is not functioning as promised at the time of purchase.

I demand that the IPTV service be restored in full as originally advertised, or that a refund be issued if the problem cannot be fixed.
