My Kiyafet Sepeti Order Shedding Glitter Excessively

I recently purchased a product from Kiyafet Sepeti, and it sheds glitter excessively; it's unwearable. After just one try, I was covered in glitter from head to toe. When I mentioned the flaw in the product and sent visuals, they insisted it wasn't a defect and refused a refund. They don't even have a different size of the product in stock. They suggested I shake the product as if it's a joke; I did, but nothing changed. When I mentioned I have a baby and can't wear this product like this, they responded, "You can buy a product without glitter." I received mocking responses. It's my money that's wasted here. I comment on their Instagram; they delete all negative comments.
