Kiyafetsepeti.com Sent the Wrong Size Dress—No Returns, Rude Customer Service

I ordered a dress from Kiyafetsepeti.com in a size small, but what I received was at least 4-5 sizes too big. When I contacted their customer service to request a return, they refused to accept it and were extremely rude throughout the conversation.
They claimed their email is not for customer support, and when I tried calling the provided contact number, I was left on hold for 20-25 minutes without any resolution.
To make matters worse, the fabric quality is terrible, nothing like what was advertised. Avoid this seller at all costs! Their return policy is misleading, and their customer service is completely unprofessional. I demand a full refund!
