Kiyafet Sepeti Delivers Faulty Dress

I purchased a lovely red dress with ruffles from Kıyafet Sepeti. Even though I typically wear a medium size, I decided to go with a larger size as a precaution. The product I received was without any labels, had defects, and did not align with the size chart. Not only is it impossible for a woman of any size to fit into this gown, but even those who wear smaller sizes would find it challenging. They proposed an alternative, but I prefer a refund instead. Given the proximity of my engagement, I cannot rely on their size charts. Kindly process my refund in a timely manner. I have submitted a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board, and I will retract it once my refund has been processed.
