I Can’t Access My Kiyafet Sepeti Order and No One Responds to My Messages

I placed an order on April 26, 2025, with Kiyafet Sepeti (Order No: 1189326), and I haven’t received any updates since then. I tried to check the status of my order on their website, but there is no section where I can view my order history or tracking details. I’ve emailed multiple times—no response. I’ve called during working hours, and all I get is a voicemail saying “We’re on a lunch break” even at 2:35 PM.

To confirm the company’s legitimacy, I even visited their physical store, and yes, they do exist—but that’s where the good news ends. Despite that, I still haven’t received my product, and no one from customer service is reachable in any form.
