Kiwi.com Support Unreachable After Missed Flight With Insurance Coverage
I purchased a flight ticket through Kiwi.com for November 11, traveling from Dalaman Airport to Mersin Çukurova Airport with a connection in Istanbul. I paid approximately $117 for the flight ticket. In addition, to avoid any issues, I also purchased “disruption insurance” for about $35. I made the payment using my Yapı Kredi debit card.
On the day of the flight, I was unable to travel due to a medical issue. Even though I could not take the flight for health reasons, I would like to request a refund or at least a partial reimbursement, especially considering that I also purchased disruption insurance. However, I am unable to reach Kiwi.com in any way, and I cannot find a clear channel to open a claim or submit a request.
Because I could not take this flight due to a medical condition, and taking into account the insurance I purchased, I am requesting a refund of the total amount I paid—approximately $152—or the issuance of a usable credit or voucher.
