Kiwi.com Still Has Not Refunded My Canceled AJet Flight

Through Kiwi.com, I purchased a ticket from Ankara to Rome with a connection in Tirana. During this trip scheduled for May 18, my Ankara–Tirana flight was canceled by AJet, forcing me to cancel my entire travel plan. However, I was unable to cancel the Tirana–Rome Ryanair segment through the system, and no meaningful progress has been made regarding the refund for my canceled Ankara–Tirana flight.

Since April 7, I have contacted Kiwi.com customer service many times. Each time, I am only told that airline refunds may take a long time and that I will be informed by email if there is any update regarding the matter. Despite the amount of time that has passed, I still have not received any concrete response, and my refund process remains unresolved.

Because my Ankara–Tirana flight connected to reservation number 767488194 was canceled by AJet, I request that the full amount I paid for this flight segment be refunded to me without deductions and that I receive clear written information regarding the status and progress of the refund process.
