Kiwi.com Has Delayed My Flight Refund for More Than 52 Days

Through Kiwi.com, I purchased a total of 3 airline tickets for my son. These tickets were arranged under two separate reservations, and my reservation numbers are 742319919 and 749733226. I paid for all of the bookings using my own credit card.
Because my son is a student and his exam dates changed, we needed to modify the dates and times of the related flights. For this reason, I canceled both reservations on March 16, 2026. After canceling them, I was forced to purchase new tickets for the same routes through Kiwi.com again, this time at much higher prices.
On Kiwi.com’s website, my refund process has been stuck for 52 days at the stage labeled “Refund requested,” with absolutely no progress. Even though the website clearly states that refunds are processed within 14 days, it has now been 52 days since the cancellation date and I still have not received any payment. None of the later stages such as “Airline review process,” “Refund resolution,” or “Request completed” have even started.
Throughout this entire process, I have only been able to communicate through Kiwi.com’s own website messaging system. Since there is no reachable phone number or real customer representative available, I have had no opportunity to properly explain my situation in detail. I continuously receive automated responses that are obviously computer-generated, and every time the same message is repeated: “We have forwarded the matter to the relevant airline company, and once we receive payment, we will refund you.”
For all of these reasons, I request that the total amount of approximately $283 related to reservations numbered 742319919 and 749733226, canceled on March 16, 2026, be refunded to my bank account immediately without any further delay.
