Kiwi.com Charged Me After a Failed Flight Booking, I Want My Ticket or Refund
On April 12, 2025, I attempted to buy a ticket from Belgrade to Tivat via Kiwi.com. Even though the system displayed an error during the payment process and the transaction appeared to be unsuccessful, I later discovered that $114.12 had been charged to my TEB credit card. I reported the issue to TEB with a screenshot of the error, but I haven't been able to connect with anyone who can provide assistance. It seems that both TEB and Kiwi.com are shirking their responsibilities, leaving me caught in the middle without adequate support. I’ve been reaching out for days to get this sorted, but I haven’t received any explanation or refund yet. I feel overlooked and disappointed. I would like to request a prompt refund of my $114.12, please.
