I Need My Refund From Kiwi.com

I booked a flight from Bridgetown to Toronto via Kiwi.com with booking number 829 561 469. The flight was operated by WestJet. My refund request for this booking was accepted by Kiwi.com on 13 August 2026, as confirmed in the emails they sent me. Despite this confirmation, I still have not received my refund. Whenever I contact Kiwi.com, they only tell me that they are waiting on WestJet, but no payment has been made to me and no clear timeframe is given. I find it unacceptable that such a long time has passed after the approval of my refund and I am still without my money. I request that Kiwi.com process and pay my full refund immediately without any further delay and inform me clearly when the payment is completed.
