On September 2, 2025, I purchased a lipstick from the Kiko Milano Unlimited series at your Kanyon branch. During the very first use, I noticed the lipstick was loose inside the tube, and by the evening when I tried to apply it again, it completely broke off from the base, making it unusable. This happened after only one application, which is extremely disappointing for a product from a brand I trusted for quality. I am requesting a replacement product as soon as possible. My purchase receipt should still be available at home, and if needed, I can also provide my bank transaction record as proof of purchase. I have not yet contacted your customer service, but I expect my issue to be resolved quickly without further inconvenience.
