I purchased a lipstick from Kiko Milano, and without any external damage such as dropping or mishandling, it broke inside its own packaging. As seen in the photo, the lipstick has detached from its base.
When I contacted Kiko customer service, they asked for the store and purchase date. As someone who shops at various Kiko stores at different times, I couldn’t remember the exact details. Because of this, they refused to assist me.
Why is the specific store or date necessary? Aren’t all Kiko stores part of the same brand? I find this response unacceptable and expect a resolution for this defective product regardless of where or when it was purchased. Please take appropriate action.
