Kiko Milano Mousse Eyeshadow Came with Hair on Lid, Hygiene Complaint

-Today, I purchased the Kiko Milano Mousse Eyeshadow 04 from the Ankara Kentpark store. When I opened the packaging at home, I was shocked to find a hair stuck on the lid of the product. This is absolutely unacceptable from a hygiene and quality control perspective. How can there be hair, dust, or dirt in a brand-new, sealed cosmetic product? The situation is not only disappointing but also disgusting, and it makes me question the overall cleanliness and reliability of Kiko products. Unfortunately, my receipt remained at the store during another product exchange, but I still expect the brand to take this matter seriously. I demand a clear explanation from the store and a proper resolution of this issue.
