As someone who regularly shops at the Kiko store in Akbatı, I’m extremely disappointed with the treatment I received during my visit on July 15, 2025. A stand associate named E** E***** displayed a seriously unprofessional attitude that left me completely frustrated. Her tone, communication style, and overall behavior were rude and dismissive—absolutely not what I expect from a brand like Kiko.
This kind of customer service damages not only the shopping experience but also the reputation of your brand. I’ve always associated Kiko with elegance, quality, and customer care, but this encounter has made me seriously reconsider that. Someone representing your company should be trained in proper communication, respect, and customer interaction—none of which were shown to me during this visit.
I urge Kiko to take this matter seriously and ensure that only well-trained, respectful staff are placed in customer-facing roles. A single employee's attitude can drive away even your most loyal customers. Please investigate this incident and follow up with steps to prevent it from happening again.
