I Disputed a Fraudulent $20 Findandloc Debit Card Charge and Requested Cancellation
On January 21, 2026, a charge of $20 was made to my Findanloc bank card with the description “purchase,” without my knowledge or authorization. I did not make this transaction under any circumstances. Although my card has physically remained in my possession, money was still withdrawn from my account.
Due to this unauthorized transaction made without my approval, I am requesting that my Findanloc card be immediately canceled for security reasons, that the $20 charge be refunded to me, and that a detailed security investigation be conducted regarding this matter.
Regarding the hardship I have experienced, I also request written communication from the company. I would like a clear and transparent update about the investigation and refund process.
