My Kia Sportage 2020 Model Broke Down on the Highway
I was driving on an intercity road in my 2020 Kia Sportage, which was still under warranty when I became stuck due to a chronic malfunction. Kia's emergency roadside assistance and customer service did everything they could to make matters worse. They made me wait for a tow truck for 3.5 hours in a location 30 kilometers from Canakkale Center, all while implying I'd have to negotiate for the service. To make matters worse, they abandoned us for a whopping 7-8 hours with no replacement vehicle assistance, leaving us frustrated and stranded. To top it all off, they called today and casually informed me that they will not provide a replacement vehicle, instead recommending that I retrieve my car from Balikesir. After such an ordeal, their communication style bordered on mockery.
