Kia Stonic Gearbox Failure Issue
I recorded this video on June 19, 2024. This is unbelievable nonsense; anyone who says there's no problem with this car, I doubt their sanity. The response I got from authorities: "It has a 5-year warranty. Drive it until a problem arises." Are you kidding me? Should I wait until the car catches fire? What a condescending response. I didn't buy this car for it to make noise. If this is the sound of a non-problematic car, I dread to think of what your problematic ones sound like. Are we supposed to drive with fear every time we hit the road? We travel with our 4-year-old child; getting stranded on the road in this heat would be a nightmare. What if the car catches fire? Who will be responsible? Must it come to life or death for action? I urgently demand my car to be repaired.
I just called the Kia Çelik Motor headquarters again. I explained the situation to Mr. Turaç once more. He responded by saying that you were previously informed there is no problem with your vehicle, and that’s it, no solution. The customer representative at Kia headquarters is only there to listen to the other side, not to provide a solution. Shame on Kia Çelik Motor! It seems that calling one place won't make this wheel turn. The plan now is to gather a few problematic vehicles, put stickers on our cars, drive in front of Kia dealerships, and call the news channels.
