Ongoing Vibration Issue with 2019 Kia Sportage Despite Service and Transmission Update

We purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage vehicle. Since we were generally satisfied, we purchased the 2020 model as a second vehicle after 8 months. Afterwards, the first vehicle we bought started to vibrate when taking off at 40,000 kilometers. As a result of my application to the service, the clutch was replaced under warranty at 45,000. The problem was minimized by installing software on our other vehicle. Unfortunately, the same problems started again at 80-85,000. As a result of our application to the authorized service, they stated that the clutch was not under warranty and that the error was user-related. When we asked whether it was user-generated in both vehicles, we got the answer yes. It is necessary to review the warranty coverage of a brand like Kia when purchasing a vehicle. The time to replace our vehicles is approaching. Never a Kia again.

Despite having all routine maintenance performed at authorized service centers, on August 9, 2025, while driving in the left lane, the gas pedal suddenly locked, and the vehicle stopped responding to acceleration. As a result, our speed d...

Within two months of acquiring the vehicle and consistently for the next two years, it has been showing a monthly exhaust emission error. With multiple failed attempts to resolve the issue, including replacing var...
I have a 2020 Kia Sportage with just 66,000 kilometers on it, but I've been dealing with a consistent shuddering issue in second gear. Even after visiting several authorized Kia service centers, the problem still persists. I'm extremely let down by Kia's failure to offer a clear resolution for this ...
