KFC Order Canceled After 45 Minutes, Refund Held Hostage


I'm absolutely shocked by the lack of competence displayed by a KFC branch that resulted in the cancellation of my order after 45 minutes, while my refund is caught in the middle of a dispute between Sodexo and KFC! I noticed that the payment was deducted from my Sodexo card, but unfortunately, I haven't received the refund yet. The call center insists that the refund was processed, while Sodexo maintains that there is no record of it. I've been trying to get KFC to provide documentation of the refund, but they haven't responded for days. This is an outrageous act of theft! I kindly request a prompt refund of my payment.
