I was taken aback when the Zinger Burger Match Menu that I ordered from KFC 'Fatih Molla Gurani' came with a chicken nail already embedded in the chicken patty. I made several attempts to get in touch with their customer support, but nobody ever picked up the phone. Because there was a nail in the burger, I had to go to the location myself to demonstrate the problem. They admitted that it was a nail and said that they had contacted the general manager about it, but it does not change the fact that I had such an awful experience there. I was given a refund, but it won't change the fact that I won't ever eat a hamburger produced by the same firm again. KFC must work to increase both their quality control and their attention to the demands of their customers.
