Delayed Refund and Customer Service Issues at KFC Optimum Mall
Yesterday, we went to the KFC branch at Optimum Mall and got ourselves the 'Chicken' menu. hoping they would be delicious treat! So, we ordered some wings from the menu and when they arrived, we noticed that they were raw and slimy. We weren't too happy about it, asked if we could get them replaced. The staff told us that all the wings were the same and said we could get a refund if we wanted, so did we, they informed us that it would be credited back to our credit card within 5 business days. been 9 days already, the refund as promised nowhere really... I had a bit of trouble getting in touch with customer service today. I had to wait on hold for about half an hour. While we were talking, they let us know that they would be looking into the matter and would take some more time before dealing with it. So, here's the thing. KFC is pretty good at selling their stuff, no doubt about it. But when it comes to refunds, they haven't really been up to par, you know?
