Unauthorized Ketogo Charges Appeared on My Account and Need Refund

I purchased a 289 TRY package from Ketogo for the purpose of completing a one-time transaction. However, shortly after this purchase, a total of $49 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or authorization. I did not provide any additional approval for any of these charges, and this situation has caused me serious financial and personal distress. The amount was converted from Turkish lira to U.S. dollars using the current exchange rate and rounded to the nearest whole dollar.

As soon as I noticed the unauthorized charges, I contacted Ketogo through their messaging system, submitted a complaint, and requested a refund for the unauthorized payments. I was told that only $29 would be refunded, but this amount has still not been credited to my account, and no clear explanation has been provided regarding the remaining charges.

I am also having difficulty finding a reliable point of contact on the platform. There is no accessible live support or effective communication channel where I can receive proper assistance, which prevents me from resolving this matter efficiently.

I request that all unauthorized charges made without my approval be fully refunded without further delay. I also request that my account or membership be permanently secured to prevent any unauthorized future charges. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and request a clear written explanation regarding the charges and the actions taken.
