I was really excited about my Kenwood BM230 bread maker, but after using it just once, I ran into a big issue. When I tried to make bread again, the dough didn't turn out right, so all the ingredients I used for making the bread ended up being wasted. I really wanted to fix the problem, so I tried contacting the official service center. But trying to get service information from customer service was a complete waste of time. I was so annoyed after waiting on the phone for about 10 minutes without getting any response. I really regret choosing Kenwood for my kitchen essentials for my trousseau. I really don't recommend anyone thinking about buying Kenwood products.
