Kellogg's Date Dices Broke My Tooth and the Company Ignored My Complaint
When I bought something with date dices in it, they were so hard that they broke my tooth. I can't believe these dice were in a package that was meant to be eaten by people. They were like stones. When this happened, I tried to get in touch with the company right away, but all I've heard is quiet. They asked for my phone number and said they'd call me in a day, but they never did and never came up with an answer. The way they're avoiding the problem makes me think they want me to forget about it and drop my claim. This is a terrible way to handle a major customer complaint, and I'm really upset that they're not responsible.
