Glass Shards in Lay's Gourmets Corte Fino

The package I purchased today nearly killed me. My tooth started hurting while I was munching on the chips, and when I spit them out, I saw that the cause was a tiny shard of glass. My gums were bleeding, and the filling in my tooth was broken. I give thanks that none of my kids were injured by this shard of glass as they ate. I emailed customer support with a detailed explanation and attached photos, but I haven't heard back from anyone yet.
