Keiki charged me after trial ended, how can I get a refund and stop charges?

If Keiki charged you after the trial ended,

Understand why it happened;

• Keiki uses auto-renewal subscriptions
• If you don’t cancel before trial ends:
– It converts to a paid plan automatically

Cancel immediately;
