Keiki World Charged Me $19 for a “Free” Trial

On March 22, 2026, I purchased a package through the Keiki World app via the App Store, which was advertised as a $0 trial. However, despite being presented as a free trial, $19 was charged to my account.

After noticing this issue, I first contacted support via email through the app, but they did not help. Then I submitted a request through the App Store, where it shows that the refund has been issued. However, the refund has still not appeared in my Ziraat Bank account. So far, there has only been one charge of $19, and this amount has not been returned to me.

I do not accept being charged for a service advertised as a free trial, nor the fact that the refund appears processed but has not reached my account. I am requesting that the $19 be fully refunded to me as soon as possible.
