Dispute Unauthorized Epoch.com Charge and Request Refund

On June 25, 2026, I noticed that a charge of approximately $115 was made to my Ziraat Bank personal credit card by a company called Epoch.com Multimedia without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize this transaction, and I have no membership or purchase associated with this company.
I request a full refund of this unauthorized charge. Additionally, I demand that all necessary blocking and security measures be implemented to prevent Epoch.com Multimedia from making any further charges to my card.
