Unauthorized Epoch.com Charge Causes Financial Loss and Distress
On March 22, 2026, at 3:35 AM, a one-time transaction of approximately $92 was made through Epoch.com using my card without my knowledge or permission. I did not make this purchase, I do not know how or under what circumstances it occurred, and I absolutely did not authorize it.
As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted my bank, had my card blocked, and applied for a replacement card. The bank stopped the transaction; however, this situation has caused me both financial and emotional distress. I do not accept that my card information was used without my consent.
I am requesting that Epoch.com investigate this unauthorized transaction, explain how and under what circumstances my card information was used, and immediately refund the approximately $92 that was charged to my card.
