I recently noticed an unauthorized charge of 9.99 USD from KEETTO on my bank card. I did not knowingly subscribe to or approve any ongoing service or plan, and I am not aware of which specific product or service this charge is related to. I request that my subscription, if any exists in your system, be canceled immediately, that all future recurring charges be stopped, and that my payment information be removed from your records. I also request a full refund of the most recent 9.99 USD charge, as I did not intend to continue or renew any subscription. Please confirm by email once any subscription linked to my card has been canceled, my payment details have been deleted, and the refund has been processed. Best regards.
