I Found An Unauthorized $38.95 Charge From BetterMe.world

Today I noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card in the amount of 38.95 USD from a company called Bettme.world. I have never registered with this company, have not created any account, have not signed up for any trial, and have not knowingly clicked on any advertisement or link related to Bettme.world. I do not recognize this transaction and I have not given any consent for a payment to this company. After seeing today’s transaction, I also checked my previous statements and I request that all past charges made by Bettme.world in previous months, if any, be identified and fully refunded as well. I want every transaction made by Bettme.world on my card, including the 38.95 USD charge noticed today and any earlier ones, to be treated as unauthorized. I request that any possible subscription or account that may have been opened in my name or with my card information be cancelled immediately, and that my card details be completely removed from Bettme.world’s systems. I also ask to be informed in writing about how my card information was obtained and what actions will be taken to prevent such unauthorized charges in the future.
