KCEX Refused to Credit My Earned Bonuses Without Explanation
As part of a promotional campaign run by KCEX, the bonuses I rightfully earned were not credited to my account, with no concrete justification provided, under the claim that I was classified as a “risky user.” Under normal conditions, my bonuses were supposed to be credited on the same day, but when I checked my account the following day, I saw that my transactions had been rejected and the bonuses were denied.
I am entitled to approximately $150 USD in total promotional bonuses, earned in multiple parts. In the system, the only explanation shown is “you have been deemed risky,” with no additional information explaining why I was classified this way.
During this process, I contacted customer support through the website, but I was not given any clear reason—only informed that the decision was negative. Despite the fact that I did not violate any rules and fully met the campaign conditions, my bonuses were withheld, which appears to be an arbitrary and unjustified practice.
I am requesting that KCEX credit all promotional bonuses I earned in full to my account, and that the specific reason why I was labeled a “risky user” be clearly, transparently, and formally explained to me in writing.
