Kcex Denied My Signup Rewards After KYC Without Explanation
On December 25, 2025, I signed up for the Kcex exchange in order to receive the rewards that were promised during registration. After signing up, I completed all required steps, including KYC verification, fully and correctly, and met all the stated conditions.
Despite this, I noticed that my rewards were not credited to my account. When I contacted live support, I was told that my rewards had been canceled because I was classified as a “risky user.” However, no explanation was given as to why I was considered risky, and no concrete reason was shared with me.
I have seen from comments on the Xolvie platform that many other users have experienced the same issue and were similarly affected under the same justification. I do not believe it is acceptable for Kcex to disadvantage users through such non-transparent practices and to withhold legitimately earned rewards without a clear reason.
The purpose of sharing this complaint is to help other users become aware of this issue and avoid similar problems. I also request that Kcex clearly explain which criteria are used to label users as “risky” and provide a more transparent policy on this matter.
I request that I be contacted regarding this issue, that my account be reviewed again, and that the rewards I rightfully earned be credited to my account.
