KCEX Seized All My Funds Without Warning and Blocked Me From Seeking Support

KCEX has taken the entire balance from my account—money that I personally deposited—claiming it “violated their rules,” without ever providing a clear explanation or evidence. This is absolutely unacceptable. I followed all procedures and did nothing wrong. It was my own money, not a bonus or promotional credit, yet they froze it and refused to return it.
To make matters worse, when I tried to reach out for help, I was silenced. I asked questions in their official Telegram groups and was immediately banned. I left respectful comments under their social media posts asking for clarification—those were deleted, and then I was blocked entirely.
This is deeply unethical behavior for a financial platform handling user assets. I’m sharing this so others don’t fall into the same trap. I demand KCEX return my funds and offer a real explanation for what happened. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will pursue this through legal and regulatory channels. Let this be a warning to others—do not trust this platform until they are held accountable.
